This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit drmleventdeniz.com and use the contact form.

What data is processed?

Via the contact/appointment form: your name, phone number, e-mail address and message.

As visit information: the channel through which you reached the site (e.g. search engine, referring site or campaign) and the first page you opened. This is kept only in your browser’s session storage and is deleted when you close the browser.

Data you submit through the contact form is processed solely to answer your appointment and information requests. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted in response to your request (request of the data subject and legitimate interest).

Cookies and local storage

Google Tag Manager and the Google tag load immediately with Analytics consent denied by default. Analytics cookies are permitted only after you consent. Before consent and after refusal, Google may still receive cookieless pings containing technical or request information; this does not mean that no data reaches Google. For the Google measurement values we deliberately supply, we limit the referrer to the referring site’s origin and campaign data to the managed utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign parameters; we do not supply arbitrary URL query parameters or form values as our own Google measurement values. This is separate from the sessionStorage visit information described above. Our filtering does not fully guarantee how Google processes information it receives. Google Ads consent, conversion measurement and ad personalisation remain disabled.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Privacy settings link on this page. When browser storage is available, your choice is stored in localStorage for 180 days. Independently of this choice, Umami provides cookieless visit measurement. The session-bound referral information described above remains in sessionStorage and is deleted when you close the browser.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered to our e-mail through a form-delivery service.

Pages embed YouTube (privacy mode — youtube-nocookie) and Google Maps; when these load, the providers may process technical data such as your IP address.

Retention

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and any necessary follow-up, and are deleted afterwards.
